Review of Members' Event - 29 June 2009

We had a very successful gathering of some of the newly joined members to Now Have your Say, the membership forum for NHS Stoke on Trent.
The event was held on the 29 June at the Hope Centre, Hanley, and in total there were 88 people who came along to chat around the topic of the GP/ Patient experience.
The event started with a buffet lunch followed by a brief welcome by NHS Stoke on Trent’s Chairman, Chris Dawes and Graham Urwin, the Chief Executive.
Then everyone got down to business, working their way through the three different sections and feeding their findings back to the forum, which was expertly chaired by Dr Steve Fawcett.
